My wife's cooking ! Forget about the rules, no need for any book, you never know what will come out, but, no way, it was good ! The salad can include many unexpected components but always coming with rich flavors. I never succeeded in trying to imitate this inspired art. The spicy meat balls came out in a cream-mushroom sauce with a delicate touch of white wine, a juice which enriched the accompanying sweet potatoes. Somehow, I decided to go on with a quite heavy wine as this is the preference of the cook and that it matches well the heavy flavors of the meat balls. |
