VALLEY WINES
Traditionnaly made from low value grape varieties these wines were usually scrapping the low limit of the tolerable. With the introduction of Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot in 2001, these two, at least, are now worth being reconsidered. They remain light and not at all complex wines and I would not advise fulling a cellar with them, but they are definitely drinkable, even enjoyable.
As far as I was able to (or more exactly had to) taste the other varieties, they stayed much more traditional...
For visitors interested in exotic vine varieties, this collection includes a wine from the locally developped variety "Argaman".
