I love Osso bucco but mine always went out a little too much heavy for the summer. That's why I would keep this menu for the nice days of May or June. The brocolis steamed with garlic and lemon is both tasteful enough and ligth for ideally complementing the meat.
Both the whites are a little opposite to the well bodied reds by being of the fruity style. Usually the jump is easy from the first to the main course and after the cheese a little rest is generally required so our senses come back to be able to enjoy the Gewurztraminer.
