RESERVE
A collection which made the performance to be sold both in supermarkets and wine shops, what illustrates that these wines are to be considered seriously !
The traditional releases were Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. I found the reds a bit rigorous, but heard many testimonies that these wines are medium term age worthy and reveal then a more luscious character. I didn't like the Sauvignon Blanc, too dry and weak in fruit for my taste, but pretty enjoyed the Chardonnay, for who can make it with a pretty heavy wood.
Recently, the Reserve got wider with the introduction of the first commercial release in Israel of a Pinotage. The wine was simply impressive.
With the demonstrated consistency over the year, the Reserve are a good choice for a reliable choice of nice israeli wines.
