SEA-HORSE
One has to feel lucky when he gets the occasion to uncork one of the few hundreds of bottles produced by this micro-winery of the Jerusalem hills.
The Elul 2000 was an interesting blend of Cabernet-Sauvignon and Syrah. Weighing only 35 % in the blend, the Syrah gave a mellow, fruity and spicy character that the dominant Cabernet was completing with structure and some chunky style. A very nice and inspiring wine indeed.
I wasn't lucky enough for being given the opportunity of tasting the "Camus" about which I heard many positive comments. The "Second vin" "Take 2" was lacking matter a bit for my taste.
