MERON I opened this bottle for the fifth birthday of my elder son with the plate of cheese with the idea of checking "what happened around here by september 1996". The wine was somehow pretty at its top : intense, with developped aromas and a nice mouthfilling character sign of an inherent good balance. Unfortunately, as I didn't really program opening it on the same day, the bottle was still a little too cold from the cellar... What leaves me really curious about what I can get from it really. A wine I still need to explore...
