PRIVATE COLLECTION The luxury collection getting larger at a fast pace by the use of new varieties and of new combinations of varieties. I had a lot of pleasure with the Cabernet, generous and complex and I put some aside in my cellar as I suspect it can well improve in the next 3 to 5 years. I had less pleasure with the Merlot, in which I found something a little brutal and artificial, but considering the reactions around me, the problem may well be with myself toward an israeli Merlot, instead of something with the wine... I haven't tried yet the other products. From what I tried yet, anyhow, and at prices which don't exceed $ 15, I'm seduced by this collection wich well enters into the current trend of good quality wines. I added 2 labels of the ancester collection which wore the somewhere more bombastic name "Rothschild".
