AUSTRALIAN WINES Not yet really available in the supermarkets, the australians are largely represented in all the wine shops. This is probably because of an apparently almost total absence of availibility of kosher products. The favorites of my wife as I see in them the best delegates of the new world I know today. Affordable, almost cheap for some (understand this under the israeli notion of cheap), a little more investment open the door to a nice choice of very beautiful wines. Rich and complex flavors, pleasant balance, a good Shiraz is a rare moment of emotion. I care of always keeping a few bottles available in the cellar. The ones I wish to keep cost around $ 25 or more, but I also always keep a few bottles in the $ 10 to $ 15 range, nice enough for a Friday family dinner.
